My first time and I've been reading up a lot but still have some questions.

The answer to all of your questions is the more you communicate the better it's going to be.

It's not the first time for the girl, and not even the first time she is with someone whose first time it is.

1) probably off, but you're the customer. If you want a condom, you'll have a condom.
2) depends what you're doing. At a soap, if you're doing matplay, you're likely to get sumata. At a BJ bar? No.
3) cum multiple times.
4) again, depends what you're doing, and what kind of establishment it is.
