Hi,

I’ve been asked to take some photographs of a friend of mine for her website.

She is soon to become a newly independent escort here in Tokyo.

She may use a professional photographer later, but first, for fun (and maybe for her website), she has asked me to do the honours.

Naturally, I jumped at the chance!

I am not a professional photographer, more of an occasional hobbiest.

She has her own camera and gear and has booked a great room in a swanky hotel for the afternoon. Our aim is to have a fun time together shooting her photos, and what will be will be.

Anyways... I’m not posting here for advice on cameras and jargon and stuff, or to boast about my good fortune (tee-hee-hee).

What I would like to know, from clients and escorts alike, is what you would like to see? Ideas about poses, perhaps with accompanying pictures of girls from the web to illustrate your tastes. How much or how little skin attracts your eye? Lingerie? Costumes?

Basically, if you are a client, when you visit an independent girl’s website, what catches your attention most about the girl’s photos?

And if you are an independent.... Yes, I realise you are helping your competition, but you are all working girls together too, right? ....what do you think makes a good shot?

The shoot is a few weeks away yet. But any and all ideas are welcome.

I’m probably going to come off as bitter.. but I’m genuinely curious.

You mentioned in the past that you were working on her website.. and now she wants you to help her with her photoshoot. You’re also trying to gather information for her on a forum.

Most of the time, we (independents) do everything on our own. If she doesn’t have the time or motivation to do this by herself.. is independent escorting right for her? Personally, I think working with an escort agency would be the better option.

Each girl has her own beauty. I would say do not copy other escorts and come up with something unique to her. For me, the try-hard “instagram” poses or provocative eroticism will not work because I am more on the elegant side than sexy. Artistic nudity that will trigger appreciation instead of arousal is what I’m aiming for when I’m posting my photos online.


I am also easily recognizable in crowds due to my specific bone structure and height, so I completely hide my face.

I have been asked by TAG memberS to help their favorite agent girls to become successful independent escort.
They expect girls special favor by helping them, maybe it is free service from her, friendship, discount, It could be anything.

I have helped one girl in past but it turned to be real disaster at the end.
I don’t like the idea either that somebody tries to get their favorite girls’ favor by using me.

My advise for her is go take professional photo at a professional photo studio with professional photographer than asking her friend or even customer.
I prefer to have nice, professionally looking set of photograph on my website.
I am not talking about photoshop but right lighting, angle, nice looking studio etc.
I also have random selfies on my twitter so that people can see me from two different way. That gives them more idea how I really look like?
Having professional photo gallery on website is plus. It sometimes gives customers an idea how seriously she takes her job.
Most importantly, I don’t feel comfortable if my friends or customer keep bunch of my naked pictures showing my face. It may cause you a trouble in the future. I always feel more comfortable to ask professional people, where they keep the file confidential.

I’m closing this - a professional photographer with no ties is recommend. They would have a untainted view of the ‘other poses’ used. Each woman has their own ‘good side’ which doesn’t always become equal for other ladies.
