Does anyone have any recommendations of getting a vasectomy in Tokyo, or a 'pipe-cut' as the locals call it. Prices, and/or no scalpel options would be good. There doesn't seem to be a lot on the net, and one that I looked into wanted 10 manyen. Thanks in advance.
