Welcome to the forum and you are not the only foreigner thinking about having his first sexual experience in Japan. By reading the forum you will find all the information needed to make your first p4p transaction a good one.
But moreover I would like to discourage you from doing it. Why? The p4p market in Japan is mainly geared towards the local clientele. Unlike in many other SE Asian countries like Thailand or Philippines where most of the action is tailored to bring in more tourist money. So in Japan the majority of places will only service Japanese people. Those who accept foreigners often require them to speak Japanese and still charge them higher prices and offer just a limited number of girls to them.
But the biggest reason is that when it is your first time you will be having all kinds of feelings and then not being able to communicate properly with the shop staff and/or with the girl of your dreams can be a thing that makes the experience much less enjoyable than it could be.

I remember my first time, well, not first first time, but first P4P time. I paid for my Korean friend (since he was a virgin) and since I was in Korea, I wanted to get on the good side with the mama-san. We got the best two girls in the shop and they looked awesome. While I think the idea of needing your first time to be special is overrated, it being relaxing and stress free is pretty important. It's going to be your only frame of reference until you do it again, so at least having a good experience is pretty important. As others have said, going to a shop for the first time with little Japanese ability will add in a level of randomness you probably wouldn't be comfortable with. Finding a well reviewed independent or agency escort would be a significantly different experience, and you can tell them ahead of time that you lack experience. Good luck!

I have searched around, it seems that Club Amour, Osaka accepts English Speaking. Will it be a good to go thing? Sorry for my noob question, I am Newbie here. And also how about this?

CA is indeed a gamble, but I would say worth a try. Club Hearts, one block to the north and run by the same company, seems a little more reliable (in terms of quality of lady) but also more vanilla. Both are foreigner-friendly.
Tobita would also be in your budget. Shorter time, but there would be FS.
As for OP, i think it depends if you want to go for hard service or not.
Asian Mystique is a fine option with full English support while booking and some girls speak English well (not all). TAG independents can communicate in English.
Soapland is an unique experience. Staff and girls don’t speak much English usually unless you get lucky.
If you want just a little tease, a HJ only shop or something like New Hot Point could potentially be fun.

Club amour in Osaka accepts foreigners, they even have the rules out in English. Pretty sure you can get by on only English (never tried without japanese), bur your options will be limited.

Yeah, I was thinking Tobita too. Hot girls, full service, although it's generally all protected (no kissing, CBJ), and it's like ¥16K for 20 minutes.
And you might want to try Matsushima Shinchi. Girls in shops OFF the main street mostly offer BBBJ and DK. Search my other thread on Matsushima with map.
Generally speaking, the girls here have much better attitudes than Tobita and it's cheaper. Many say the girls in Tobita are better looking on average and that may well be true but attitude is important to me. Haven't been to Matsushima Shinchi, but the 2 times I've been to Tobita, the first time the girl was pretty hot and while not grumbling about switching positions, etc, certainly didn't have much 'illusion of passion'. Most recent time, the girl was young (early 20s), super-hot if you are like me and like cute, petite girls, and was super friendly with some illusion of passion. I was able to negotiate some non-standard services with her for a tip, and I've heard some of the not-so-hot girls at Tobita will also kiss, BBBJ, etc. I agree that attitude is important, but I think Tobita is something to be experienced if you are into different types of hobby experiences.
