pocket wifi question

so I am trying to order a pocket wifi in advance via Ninja Pocket WiFi.... but I kept run into issue with the phone number being too long for the hotel... what did I do wrong? Any help / suggestions will be greatly appreciate.

Probably doesn’t have the area code. Should have 03 in front if Tokyo.
Or maybe just add 0 in your case.

I think the correct full phone number for Shibuya Stream Excel Hotel Tokyu would be 03-3406-1090 so you were missing 03 area code like iamyuu said. If you visit their home page https://www.tokyuhotels.co.jp/stream-e/ you will see that's how the number is shown.
