Pre-Session Nutrition: To eat or not to eat…?

Despite being a fat, disgusting, hairy pig, thanks to my deep affection for pussy, plowing it regularly has actually helped me lose weight. On top of it all, I am more flexible and have incredible levels of energy after a really hot afternoon soapland session.

That said, I am absolutely positive the lot of you come to (or not at all) an impasse where the meal your partook in prior to your appointment with the provider causes you trouble. Like for fuck’s sake, I can’t be the only man going mach 1 in a cunt in doggy afraid of hitting mach 2 cause of circumstantial massive fart building up…all from the four cheese pizza consumed before the fun and games began. Luckily I emptied the liquid chamber before releasing the gas that time, but I swore off pizza before sex forever after that.

It also should go without saying that the following foods are not recommended consumption before sexual encounter as well:
  • Alcohol. Decreases sexual performance.
  • Cheese and dairy. Maybe some folks get no side effects, but I am pretty sure it makes a significant number of us fart or feel bloated and heavy.
  • Soda. Bloating and farts…also the sugar rush could drop before the session begins or finishes and it can be draining.
  • Asparagus. If you plan on jizzing in the girl’s face or mouth it can make for some foul semen. Maybe this isn’t such a big deal for some of us, but yeah…probably not nice.
  • Mushrooms. These foods have something called chitin in them and can make for spontaneously huge shits easily within an hour of consumption. Inasmuch, there have been great sessions I had on an empty stomach. Maybe cause I’m digging into my disgusting pig reserves of fat so it doesn’t apply to everyone, but any situation other than the two above haven’t really been better.

I am also curious what sort of foods one might eat to improve erection blood flow and other performance issues.

Nope.

At least four times a week I go on really long walks around Kawasaki, sometimes jogging for stretches to break a sweat or if its cold.
This might be good for circulation at best, but losing weight is really entirely because I don't eat like a pig on days when I pound pussy.
 
Honestly, a bowl of oatmoal, bananas and milk coated with cinnamon. A big jug of java and plenty of water.

I eat very light 2 days prior to meetups. Just dinner. Less than 1,000 calories. I go high protein/low carb. Pan-cooked chicken breast with olive oil in a little butter with various seasoning powders. Garlic, onion, paprika, cumin, chili, salt pepper. Then put on tortilla wrap with lettuce and whatever spicy oil or dressing I see. After building up my protein bank, the day of I usually make a McMuffin at home. Less oil than McD, and it hits the hunger from the days before. I have that about 3 hours prior.

Like your concern, I found that it’s better for me to cut my food some days prior so the stomach/bowels are empty, and then eat something that is filling, but not overwhelming that day. If you find you’re too hungry on the way to appointment, conbinis sell protein bars that are really good. They taste just like candy bars, and won’t give you a sugar spike/crash just when you need your energy.

Good advice but not sure it’s gonna work for OP as he is boning every other day - if a dry spell. He basically would then stop eating and truly subsist on the pootie pie.

Get some top end whey isolate and put a banana and some quality, healthy peanut butter in there - blend that up with the ice cold h2o oh and maybe some black coffee right in there too - and that is a pre-game snack to get u ready for the boneyard! 🤩

Regarding the topic, I would say it depends. Sometimes too much eating before leads to bad sex. Another time an excellent meal plus good wine put the lady into the mood and the sex was great. I tend to agree with @Fifty Fifty and @CharlieSimms that having an easily digest high protein food works best. I usually have a protein bar since I suck at planning ahead and don't have enough time to prepare the protein shake.

I think you are making too much of a science out if it. If you are in general good shape I would say that eating/drinking doesn't have such a huge influence. Of course you shouldn't eat huge amounts or something disgusting beforehands. Alcohol only poses a problem when you are really drunk, but not in reasonable dosages.

I understand that it makes sense to plan your meals around your workout schedule to train efficiently.....but sex reliese more on daily mood and spontaneity.

I understand that it makes sense to plan your meals around your workout schedule to train efficiently.....but sex reliese more on daily mood and spontaneity.
Alcohol in moderation can even help if you have a bit of a hair trigger.
