The world is full of sad stories, billions of people leading miserable lives. It's utterly impossible for the developed world to fix that and it's despicable to even suggest there's some duty to do so. Countries have a duty to their citizens that isn't being met and that needs to come first, not some plutocratic desire for cheaper workers.

My logic suggests that your dystopian ideas of small city enclosures are directly copied from a forum like Stormfront.

Risking the health of the baby? I was talking about sex, not kicking her belly. Having sex will not harm the baby at any stage during a normal pregnancy.

And I sure as hell know many people in many different jobs that do enjoy the work but wouldn't be doing it if they didn't need the income so what's new?

Wouldn't you agree there's a much greater risk of disease and violence in sex work than say office work? And sounds like some are offering AF which is even riskier. I don't know how common antibiotics for STDs would affect a fetus but can't imagine it's risk free.

Anyway I've never heard of services catering to a pregnancy fetish in developed countries outside of Japan, though I'm no expert. I'd like to think professional sex workers would take a break or at least only see long term trusted clients in such a situation.

My suggestion , not at all creepy : trying nanpa at the exit of gynecology/obstetrics clinics. Target single (future) moms, since it’s a bit awkward if the future dad is with them.

LOL I wouldn't know. But it's a common theme in near future fiction and a reality in gated communities in Brazil and many other places, or just the separation of the ultra violent parts of somewhere like Chicago from white collar residential areas. Doesn't take much extrapolation to see that's the way things are going.

You are now totally ignoring the paper cuts. Never heard an escort being exposed to those but in the office environment they are a constant threat.

There are many specialised shops in Japan offering things that are not available in similar fashion anywhere else. However pregnant girls have been having sex and escorting in every country since sex and pregnancy was invented.

It is always easy to imagine dangerous things, for example working in an office might lead you to have a drinking problem. But smart girls would not drink while pregnant, and they would also practise safe sex. And yeah, everything else failing there are antibiotics that are safe to take even with a womb parasite.

No, Milky Baby is not the only shop with pregnant ladies on the roster.
There are at least 5 more in the Kanto area.
However, Milky Baby is the only one where foreigners are 100 percent accepted.
