At about 9:30pm I found myself in Ikebukuro with time to kill, and decided to try out Pretty Getter based on a review I had seen on another website explaining they allowed foreigners to enter.

Basically the rules are don't touch below the waist, and don't pull out your penis. If you can follow those two rules your set for an enjoyable time.
I then paid my ¥6000 and was escorted inside a dark room where they pulled back a poor attempt at a privacy curtain into a stall with 3 tables. At the end was a Japanese businessman and his current female companion. The staff had me sit at the table furthest from the couple who currently occupied part of the stall. The room was smoked filled as most Japanese shops are. If your asthmatic (like myself) medicate before entering. I was offered a complimentary drink.
