This time I have more free time and want to use them for building some connections or get experiences.

I see many pictures of ero-cosplay. Is there a community about this or just a mouth to mouth group?
Because I make cosplay shootings at conventions and private as a hobby and want to get experiences in this part of photography too,

You can probably do one or the other, but probably not both. There's plenty of providers that'll wear a cosplay costume for you.
