Questions before I head to Tokyo

Really helpful forum so far. I'm going to Tokyo soon for the first time and so I would like to go to a soapland or whatnot that specializes in foreign clients. By the way, I'm staying in Shibuya. In reading various reviews, it seems to me that Soaplands offers full-on sex, however delivery health only offers sumata (simulated sex). Can anyone confirm if this is true? I want to make sure full-on sex is available and assumed.

I'm open to alternatives to i as long as the girls can speak good English. It's important for me to be able to communicate with the staff and the girl I decide to choose.

Also I heard from a Japanese friend of mine that there are bars women go to who are looking to spend the night with a foreigner, but they are not hookers. I'm also curious if anyone is aware of these bars and where they're located.

A) Soaplands - Always provide sex, it's always available.
B) Delivery Health - Does not provide sex, only simulated sex (i.e. sumata). FS may be possible, but, it's a private decision by the provider in the privacy of your hotel room. Do ask, etc.
C) Escort Agencies - Usually always include FS. (BE WARNED: Some places that refer to themselves as 'Escort Services' are just delivery health in disguise. Which means, no FS (sex), by default, etc.)

Also, this is Japan... please don't come here expecting women to speak fluent English. Some of the best women you could meet, don't speak English.
Learn some basic phrases, it will carry you a long way instead of just being locked in a small circle of choices where YOU only want to use English.

If you're worried about communication issues during sex, I suggest another approach. Why not book an independent escort from TAG? There are Japanese and western ladies with many good reviews and who post regularly on here and speak great English.

Then you can round out your experience by sampling some cheaper authentic Japanese HJ/BJ only fun (pink salons, delivery health, HE massage etc.). If you've got local Japanese friends, tell them to take you to a strip club for a totally different experience than what you'd normally get back home. Or take you to some clubs in Roppongi. Just watch out for your drink and don't get conned by the women there. There's a lot of pros and con artists running scams on tourists.

There are a couple of bars in Roppongi where freelance escorts frequently go to find clients:
- R2
- The Oak Door Bar, Grand Hyatt

However it can be a hit and miss, also you have to consider that these ladies don’t have any reviews online so your mileage may vary. Some of the girls in R2 were my cup tea (young, pretty European girls) whereas the selection in Oak Door was a bit disappointing. This all depends on your preference of course.

I’m not sure if you could have better chances of finding company if you go to these bars with a female friend. I occasionally go there to find a freelance escort for couple’s play, and being a couple is much worse than being a single man. The girls may not fully understand that I’m bisexual and they are unsure of what to do. (Not their fault) Or they simply assume I am another working girl there trying to find a client and they cast me aside as competition.
