In summary to that title, I just received email message today in this morning, that says seeking male members to join up a sex group as a membership. I need expert reaction or approach to this mail with good blunt decisions.

For starters, Few days ago, I emailed a message to a pure 20-year old girl on this newhalf website, https://www.oshioki24.com/ , on her post saying small showcasing simple profiling and photo. What I received is completely different from what the post says - that is a hook-up recruitment. Instead of one-time hook-up, this becomes an opening access to join the group for having sex several times; so she apologized to me beforehand.

So I quote some highlights of the message instead of copy-and-paste every word of message.
It's a type of sex club where you can have sex at a condominium at Funabashi, city on Chiba prefecture near Tokyo borders. (Funabashi has more health deliveries to serve) The group consists of 21 women aged from 18 to 45 and 14 men aged from 20 to 63, and you can flirt and sex in 1-1, having various women in a private room of condominium. The activities are done 5 times a week from noon to next late morning. You can participate on your preferred time. There are 3 ranks: bronze, silver, and gold. The cost after joining will be 5,000 yen. (afterwards participation fee will be free for several times to visit)
Two ways to join: the first time to pay is from 5,200 to 32,000 yen as an enrollment guarantee deposit. (this is first come, first serve, 3 slots left for men to come) Second is to do cleaning for 2 hours at least 10 times as a job in order to join the group without paying any amount. So the money will be returned back to you.
Finally, this is not an ordinary join-in group; it's a very privately group that cannot be able to join unless there is a particular condition where this member, a guarantor, introduces the male newcomer (so it's a word of mouth). This special time, this will be that girl on email contact that she will introduce the new member as a guarantor, with the group's setup method.

So by my impressions and hesitation towards this mail, I don't know what to approach this sexy opportunity. It seems that it is quite unexpected to react. I thought it was just 1 time hookup.
I may be reluctant to join for the moment just because my nonsense reasons are due to Covid state of emergency, and I'm under the care and watch of my family as a family baby on my case lol.

But anyway, I need ask for your expert reaction. Well, I think I could show the actual reference of what the type of room looks like. I don't want to publicly post or upload pictures of girls as a sort of abuse; so rather I just post from what I understand on our perspective towards that location.

The photo has attached 2 sides: Above is for gold members that has 6 tatami mat spaces, while below is for silver and regular members that has 3 tatami mat spaces.
I reacted like 'oh that looks like a massage room meant for overall massage.'

Probably there may be 1 time to pay for just about 5,000 yen+ depending on the rank, plus free room privileges such as regular can get to sex 5 times free.
So the location is somewhere in Funabashi where you can commute for about 10 minutes long.

So if this is scammy, how about this photo? The one with the circle is the person I'm currently exchanging messages for asking further details of what is this sex group thing. 4 out of 21 women are in that photo. That contact is how she looks like, don't know if she's working on Funabashi as an escort or not. Their photo are usually shot from their photographer, mostly geared for delivery health or some sex clubs.
