Recommendations for Hiroshima - English speaking

I am going to Hiroshima next month.
Any place to recommend for Hiroshima? I cannot speak Japanese. Anywhere in Hiroshima is available for foreigners?

Sorry to be the bearer of bad news, but Hiroshima is a tough nut to crack even for people who DO speak Japanese.

Chichukai Club (mat play health) apparently does allow foreign customers, but they do require spoken Japanese last I heard.

I went to chichukai club (foreigner), i had a good time and it wasn't very expensive
The girl wasn't a top model but cute, the mat mlay was nice
