Anyone renewed their license at the Shinjuku license center? Painless? Recommended? Avoid?

The providers are unattractive, but the fees are reasonable, service is very mechanical and cold.

The doctor's examination they have is really fast and doesn't screen for any STDs.

Not even if you offer to pay more for them.
