No. There are some that will allow you to have a visitor, but in general ryokan are places where you bring your own partner for the duration of your stay.

Unfortunately I only met said lady in a Gotanda love hotel but she told me she works DH weekdays and as a pink companion in Isawa Onsen during the weekends.

Also, as @Sudsy said, the hotels dont offer this service. You can book room plus companion via the links I and @Doggyfong shared, obviously you need to understand Japanese.
