I'm just wondering if anyone May have tried this place http://shinbashi-sara.com/ their website is obey specific but I didn't see anything about no foreigners but maybe sunshine knows from experience.

I haven't been there before. Their site doesn't seem to specifically exclude foreigners, but unless you spring for the "Premium service", it's just HJ release. For the premium service, it's CBJ and sumata.
