Suggestion Search results to sort by date as default

Not much I can add to the title other than to help the search results to be sorted from the most up-to-date match first.

Can you show me an example of when it doesn't do that?
It's supposed to sort by date & relevance.

Could have sworn that it defaults to relevance until recently... guess I was suggesting honk then, nevermind.

On that note, is it possible for that option to be available in the search bar pop-up?
