Most hotels have smoking rooms, that's pretty easy.
There are a few reviews of girls who are known to smoke, but you can also easily ask the agencies or the girls if they smoke or not.
Most, if not all girls we have on our list are non-smokers.
I don't think it would be hard to find what you are looking for in that regard.
