hello
I'm going to tokyo in two weeks for the first time (i don't speak japanese but i understand it very well)
I would like to have my first time here but i don't know what to choose (I have 23000¥ )

You can pretty much just walk into a few select soaplands, such as the now infamous Darling Harbor, and my own personal recommendation - Club Amour. But expect to pay quite a bit more that 23,000 yen.

Despite what is often said, I really haven't had much problem with "getting in" to a soapland despite being a foreigner, however do expect to pay somewhere between 30,000 to 60,000 at the shop, depending on the overall class level of the soapland. It's not cheap... But definitely worth the price for the experience! (Nuru or mat play is incredible...). Just walk around yoshiwara and see which place waves you in or make yourself a priority list of specific soaplands to visit. Or just go directly to darling harbor.

There is of course Asian Mystique and Nasty Dolls which are exclusively English-speaking friendly escort services but they also run a bit more in price... There is also Hipness that runs pretty cheap and some if the girls are real gems! But they aren't Japanese either, if that's a problem for you.

Full service is not implied or guaranteed with healths... It's up between you and the girl and if you don't speak Japanese then unfortunately you might have even less luck in that regard (let alone making the order over the phone).

Delicious Deli is an another foreign friendly health. generally pretty cute girls and includes full service for an extra 5000 yen. But they girls are Chinese or Taiwanese too...

I can't pay more than 23K,and the girls at bettyblue are really beautiful so i want to try them,but since i can't speak japanese it will be a little difficult
Can someone tell me what they could say when you call them ?

Is there high risk to get a STD/HIV ?

I'm going to Tokyo in a couple of weeks for the first time, I'm running into the same issues/questions you are posting about as well. I will let you know what I find out as I go along here, tomorrow I'm going to start calling around to see which services are westerner friendly. I would appreciate it if you could also post updates ass well hopefully between us we can come up with some suggestions

Incorrect. Full service is most definitely provided at soaplands. STDs will always be a risk, but it should be noted that Japan has an overall low rate of STDs and HIV. Additionally, with the price of the service, most of these providers are very professional and cleanly (especially the soaps).

Unfortunately outside of Hipness and Korean/Chinese escort services you will be hard pressed to find service for 23,000 yen.

If you have 23K total, keep in mind that there's also the cost of the love hotel, which at its very cheapest will be ¥3500.
 
Well,if at the end of my trip i still have 30/60K i'll definitely try a soap then (even if the chances are small)
