Soapland with english speakers?

Just moved from the states and would like to dip my toes in the soapland fun now that my isolation is done. I know none will speak fluent english but where would i most likely find some i can at least joke with while we do the deed?? I think they have now let like 487 students in this year. Only 147.000 waiting to get in anymore.
