I am on my mobile but there was a place in shimokitazawa that was recommended if you search the forum. They were great.

@Curacao is referring to pctclinic. its a good place. Reliable friendly American doctor... Its a bit pricey though. About 13k for the basics I.e.
1) hiv
2) clap
3) clam
4) syphilis
Results comeback within a day or two on your email.
And its interesting when you are waiting in the lounge cause usualy you will find anoher gaijin or two there all with the same purpose with that pre-test result expression on their faces.... Including myself when I last went... Luckily it was all negative...
