you are right man! Strawberry Jam have 2 shop, one in Shibuya and one in Shinjuku

Upstairs is a completely different place that does not allow non-Japanese customers.

Shinjuku is cheaper, but has only one hot girl really (Tsubasa), and they occasionally don't have any foreigner friendly girls on.
Shibuya is a safer bet

According to my memory and this post https://tokyoadultguide.com/threads/soapland-in-shibuya.5611/#post-19087 there is/was a place called Crystal in that building. If you do a google street view that image seems to be the same.

I went up to the place on the second floor above SJ Shibuya and they said it was fine even with my "choto Nihongo" - they have a little electric curtain that the guy activates with lady cards behind it.
They didn't look great though so I didn't proceed.

This was in November I think.
