Suggestions for 1st spots Ebisu Azabu Roppongi

Suggestions please. I feel the venue is key - not too cheap, cozy and easy to talk privately and good food & booze.

I sometimes prefer bar meetings so add those as well. I used to have a go-to place in Roppongi called Obica Italian cheese but some gals don't like cheese lol. Wine bars are sometimes good but not sure of any in Azabu.

Nim’s Pizza Nishi Azabujuban area.

They’ve got American style pizza, buffalo wings, spaghetti and some of the strongest drinks you’ll find in Tokyo. The basement is really nice.
