Swallowing - How common is it?

Anyone who's acquainted with JAV will know immediately that swallowing is immensely popular... and yet when it comes to pink salons and the like it's extremely rare I see this service being offered. Do the gaijin-friendly ones just not offer it... or is this is a nationwide thing? I know [Redacted] offers it for 7000 or so but other than that I've never seen it offered.

Swallowing usually isn't done unless it's offered with an extra cost, even here North America (from what I've experienced and read anyway).

I'm sure the major reason is due to health risks involved. Unlike in a porn shoot, providers don't have the luxury of having their clients screened prior to meeting them so they can never know for sure how "clean" they are. I'm pretty sure most of the danger is simply having the semen in your mouth, with fluids from an infected man possibly entering any open sores in the mouth, but I'm sure there are some risks with swallowing as well.

And another reason is that not everyone enjoys the taste of semen or finds the act to be disgusting. I mean, it is someone else's body fluids shooting into your mouth. It doesn't exactly sound appetizing when you think about it!

Well, CIM is much more common than swallowing. The additional health risk in swallowing seems pretty minimal. So I think the reluctance is due to something else, maybe just an ick factor.

I heard it's good for health though...
well I never tried on the receiving end, sexually I mean. but at restaurants I probably swallowed way more fish sperm (Shirako) than any pro ever swallowed human one . Excellent with ponzu, but my favorite is in tempura.

I cannot imagine asking this to my partner. Even asking for CIM never poped in my mind. Those things sound too much "male domination" to me.

I always warn my lady friends (non-p4p) at their first time on the flute about the imminent danger. This far none of them have dodged the bullet though spitting is more common than swallowing by around 3 to 1 ratio.

Though the way most of them have talked about this sounds much more like female domination; as they are in the steering wheel and will get to decide when it finishes.

Interesting. Yeah, back in Canada pretty much every girl I ever went with allowed CIM and swallow (not escorts but girlfriends/dates). In Japan no girl I've ever been has allowed it, including my current g/f.
