We hope that 2011 is treating you well so far! Most of the TAG staff have been extremely busy with offline jobs and social responsibilities. I do personally apologize for the recent lack of content and involvement of our current staff in day-to-day threads and posts.
For this month's news, I only have a small list of items to cover.
Item #1 - Mobile Browsing Support
Just recently, the server-side code has been updated to the latest versions of both Forumrunner and Tapatalk applications.
If you are utilizing these applications, please be sure to update your mobile client to the latest version through your phone's respective applications provider.
We would also like to introduce support for Windows Phone 7 from: Board Express - Users with Win7 based phones may obtain a Tapatalk enabled application for your device. There currently is a free and paid version available. This application will give you access to the Tokyo Adult Guide forum as well as over 8,000 other registered forums using Tapatalk.
As of now, you may purchase a Tapatalk enabled application for the following devices:
iPhone 3G, 3GS, 4 - iTunes
iPod & iPad - iTunes
Android - Android Market
Palm (webOS) (here)
Blackberry (public testing: Free direct download from BB browser here)
Nokia - S60 3rd & 5th Editions - Get it here for free.
As development progresses, the mobile application experience will improve with each update. Keep checking here for updates applied to the Tokyo Adult Guide.
Item #2 - Forum Structure / Re-Alignment
In the near future, we will be closing off some of the under-utilized forums. We are seeing extremely high traffic coming and going from the escort reviews section, but all other areas are seeing little to no activity. We have not decided exactly what the new structure will be like, but it's safe to assume that we will trim the fat. Suggestions and comments are welcome via the "Contact Us" link at the bottom of this page.
That is all I really have to report at this time. I would like to thank our regular visitors and posters for their continued support of our primary mission here at the Tokyo Adult Guide.
