There are three main courses: A Course is the clothed option, B Course is the underwear option, and C course is the all nude option. A Course doesn't allow touching at all, unless you pay additional 500 ¥.
I picked the 40-minute B course, which includes free cosplay. The outfits are listed here, and I picked the summer seifuku, because that's what you do. The menu was printed on the table and the costume options were displayed on a tablet, so I could've managed with just pointing and grunting like an animal.
