I've been reading reviews all day about a thai mild. Is there another place like this that services foreigners? I cannot speak basic Japanese I know a couple of words so I figure I will have trouble ordering on the phone

Are you asking more specifically if there's a similar agency with more English support? That would be a stretch, if you're looking for the same type. You may get some broken English, but it all depends on who's answering phone that day.

Hipness has a English page, so I think it should be OK to book a girl with them using Shakespeare language (http://www.hipness.jp/p_english.shtml). I never tried speaking in English with the stuff, though. If you speak super slowly with simple English words I assume it should work out. (otherwise, I don't really see the point of having a english website)
If you are willing to pay a bit more, you can of course try one of the independent escorts from this website.

Just checked their web. A lot of new faces just appeared they all looks good. I think if you cant speak you can ask your friend who can speak japanese convoy with you. Once you book it, go to hotel and tell you friend you arrive at what hotel and room number. Since the girl speak broken japanese too, you might get off. Good luck and treat the girls well.
