The Yoshiwara Soapland Resource Thread

Sadly despite having removed the 'No Foreigners' notice from their website, Hisyo is still a no-go. Called the other day and got something like "Oh I'm sorry... the timing is still a little too soon..." Will try again once I get back from kyoto in a couple of weeks

Have you tried booking through the girls through Line or twitter, instead of walking in? Btw, I once read others' experience recently, that foreign customers may sent to Segretario, instead of Hisyo....

Nah it’s relatively flat if you separate back out the recent Hub-related cases. Apparently these can be attributed to some pervy website promoting the venue for easy pickups. 😂

I just read people sharing on other site, that Hisyo is still banning foreigners, and staff will refer foreigners to Segretario....

Well I have good news - that's not entirely true, and thank for the sound advice earlier. Hisyo is currently operating a pretty much blanket foreigners NG policy if you walk in or call them, but if you can get around that talking to the girls directly on Line or twitter. Sadly I couldn't find any way to contact Asami, their "#1", but I saw another girl and will type up the review later.

Had to call to confirm both the day before and on the day, and being decent at Japanese was absolutely necessary, but when I actually got to the shop it was the same courteous reception from the staff as it was pre-COVID. And I did go to the main shop, not Segretatio.

May I ask how decent my Japanese need be to call the shop? I think my level is slightly above N5, do you think this can do the job?
"Decent" Japanese ain't self assessed N5. You need to be able to converse properly, both at the door and with the lady.
how bout I remember some lines?
Don't even consider this. People trying this have gotten shops closed to foreigners - think about it: Fake your way past the door, and end up alone with a girl who can't communicate basic things like "sit on the bed while I remove your clothes" to you. She is not going to be happy, and staff get called.

Runa told me how akward it became when a customer who didn't know Japanese used the word fuck through google translate.

It gets messy or boring if you cant communicate properly with the provider.

Just use Google Translate beforehand to learn the most important words. Like: ジャークオフパン Jākuofupan

Indeed. I remember conversing with my favorite Soapland Girl, with whom I had awesome chemistry. She diplomatically complained to me, in a diplomatic indirect J-Girl manner, about how awkward it was to have "silent sessions" with customers who couldn't converse in Japanese. She was the sweetest 愛人 (GFE) of the 風俗 girls I met in Tokyo.

So what I'm hearing is that all of the working girls slept in English class.......more than likely quite a few other classes too so what can they converse about? :p:):D:p

Came back from Lion's Club (review later). They charge the 10k tax, but after the meeting they said all girls except Erika accept foreigners. The staff was courteous as well, so if you know conversational Japanese and can stomach the price, it's not a bad choice.

My regular girl actually has a really broad knowledge of alternative rock, horror movies, and unusual art (think Giger) and a lot of other topics, though we usually end up talking about how much she loves various sexual acts and which one she wants me to do next.

You're one of the lucky ones.....

I read on other site in the past, that there were at least four girls who didn't accept foreigners. It seems Erika is the only one left staying in Lion's Club....

I am totally new to this soupland activity, from all posts that I read through here, seems calling the shop is inevitable if you want to reserve particular girl. Anyone can share what should we say in the call? I am zero japanese, but willing to learn from Google translate in order to make those calls. Any tips or info are greatly appreciate.

After made the call, when I got to the shop, is the shop keeper gonna let me go inside easily? If I just saying "I have a reservation with xxx girl" (in japanese of course). Since I don't want to increase my chance to have more conversation

I have spent time to read many posts on TAG. Seems like we have to tell them your name, date, time, your preferred plan (such as 60mins, 120mins), girl name, need a lift from station or not. Just wondering if I have missed anything else, or some folks here had experience and tricks to share, thank you
