Assuming you don't speak Japanese, your options are going to be fairly limited. The simplest one you could default to is Asian Feeling / Asian Relax in Shinjuku, as they'll be happy to serve you even if you don't speak Japanese.

Also the girls there are pretty attractive (Thai) ... whether they'll meet your expectations is another story. There are a couple girls who are very nice looking there IMO.

Service to expect is a massage with happy ending, no upsells.

I'm ABC, its pretty easy to distinguish other asian nationalities, well for me at least. I do also have some basic high school japanese lessons.

Yeah Tokyo style should be good for what you want. It was my first experience in Tokyo and not that bad at all. The girl was pretty and the service was exactly as advertised. No English issues at all
