Tokyo Birth Contro Clinic(s)?

In many parts of th US, birth control clinics which provide medical advice and assistance to (mostly young) people re various forms of birth control are common. Is anything similar available in Tokyo to anyone here' knowledge?

For women, its quite simple. Any Japan women's clinic is licensed to dispense birth control pills, (and even conduct abortions) etc. These things aren't covered by national health insurance, however. As I remember it, pills cost about 5000 yen/month, and abortions are 150,000 yen.

Late on reply here but definitely can confirm: For ladies that are on the 'pill' they mostly order online, usually more often than not, without a prescription. The pills usually come from Hong Kong or Singapore, order site is in Japanese by a Japanese company that ships drugs from one of those countries. (Sometimes Thailand too... the website says where the drugs will be shipped from...)
