Pretty sure I explained this elsewhere, but they are basically delivery health services, but most, if not all, have a room that you can use. So you can either get a girl delivered to your home or (love) hotel room; or you can use their premises. Every time I have used their room I have had to call them when I get to the vicinity and then they give me directions over the phone. Most of the time the room is a regular room in an apartment block. The re:fusion rooms are pretty nice; all of the others I have used have been fairly grotty. Libe and Diamond both have multiple rooms in one location, so someone meets you at the door and shows you to your room. In the case of Diamond I am pretty sure you can just drop in - the location is on the website. With Libe you have to call them before showing up and they will direct you to the location. (Of these two, Diamond's rooms and locations are pretty swanky; Libe's is a bit less salubrious, though not entirely disgusting.)
With most of these places you can make bookings over the phone or on their website. Usually there are multiple options to choose from - most of the time if you want to guarantee that the girl will come (if she can) it is available as a paid-for option. Most of them tend to have casts that include crossdressers (ie. basically males, dressing up as women), sometimes called 'new quarters' and new halves, and the new halves will either have balls (and can ejaculate, and are sometimes slightly more masculine), or will have had them removed (and so can't ejaculate, and so are often more feminine); and they will either have breast implants, or natural breasts from the female hormones they take. So in general there is a spectrum from feminine to masculine that goes from new half without balls to crossdresser, but it doesn't always follow - some crossdressers are amazingly feminine; and there tends to be a similar spectrum in terms of dick size and hardness.

As I have also mentioned elsewhere, if I was starting out, or if I had just one chance, I would personally choose Megumi or Saya from Diamond (although the latter has a little bit of a skin problem); and Ran or Kyouka from Re:fusion/Changelings, because all of them are really feminine, very attractive, great in bed, and all of them have hard dicks and can come.
