Hello, I need help to understand the second part of the sentence brcause it can have 2 meanings for me (the 代わりに confuses me)

Does it mean that the OP paid an extra 3K and got to suck the girl boobs?
Or does it mean instead of paying extra he sucked it up (gave up?) and nothing happened (the girl refused)
Would really appreciate if a advanced japanese speaker could help
