There are no additional fees for any services condoned by Hipness, so please let them know by telephone as soon as possible if you discover one of their providers asking for extra cash for services.

Hipness clearly explains the rules and expected behavior to their providers during their interviewing process. However, once in a while someone slips through the cracks and is hired, and Hipness wants to make that fact clear to their clients. If everyone works together, we can put a stop to this problem.
