I'll throw you a bone on one point. The "deli" in "deli" means delivery, you need to get a hotel and phone them - Google translate probably won't help.

Maybe GooGoo, the girl on the phone used a couple of English words when I booked, I was speaking Japanese the whole call. Not the others though.
