It's very easy to pick up someone mention something, might ended up "sexual harrassment" to opposit sex.

What was the best example of what you received?

BTW, I'm totally fine in the office when someone goes,

"I like your dress!!" or "Nice hair"

We ladies prais each other pretty often.

But, what made you feel awkward when someone said something, praisingly,.but you felt offensive, of felt bad afterwards..

We Japanese mostly don't care, unaware of it could be sexual harrassment and make the other uncomfortable.
