Viagra alternative to take before soupland visit?

Hi all.
Have been lurking the reviews on TAG planing to give soapland a visit for my June trip to Tokyo.
As I want to boost my performance for the visit and for my own confidence, I would like to take some supplyment for help.
I know viagra is one option but it is impossible for me to get it. As I was doing research, I found this type of man supply (精力劑 in Japanese) that seem to very accessible? Has anyone try this type supplyment? Do they work? Any other recommendations?

This one is a turtle extract supplement and in my experience it takes a few days to take effect though. It raises sex drive. Normally I'm a 1 shot and done + sex twice a week is more than enough. Last year I went on a short marathon going 5 soaps in 5 days (1 a day) + 2 side hookups at love hotel. Was completely dead after day 5 though. I was definitely lasting longer after each day, but performance probably dwindled on last day. Didn't notice any side effects while taking it or even after i stopped.

really pricey pills. I don't think they are nearly as strong as viagra, etc. since it's seems like just natural supplements. Don't have much experience trying different solutions, but just sharing something that worked for me.

Magic V is the way.

If it being “impossible” is not a medical reason, you should be able to get it at any typical clinic in Japan at arrival. Or you can order it in bulk online.

Not sure of the procedure but someone will probably post about it soon.

Almost all of them are what is called "woo" in the medical profession - pseudoscience and quack medicine practices based on irrational beliefs.

Basically, they don't have much (if any effect), and any effect they do have is largely due to the placebo effect. People believe they'll work, so there's a psychological effect in play.

And most of them cost more than prescribed medication from a real doctor, too.

I always am skeptical of the sex shop boner pills. One owner I get along with always gives me some to try after he has tried as well.
Some are shit, some are pretty damn awesome. Sadly I don't have any left of the "supon" ones(supon is the turtle) but those were great. They made me cum tons, like super long shots with double the volume. I felt like my fucking brain drained through my dick after cuming on those(hence why they are now gone). I would say it did make it easier to stand up, but not nearly the same as Viagra. Definitely worth a try though since the effect on orgasm was intense.
I have some of the tiger version(not nearly as good), but think this package but with a turtle on it.

Unless performance is hampered by objective reasons (age, diet, lack of exercise, illness ) I'd rather go with something made by a little more trusted pharmaceutical company.

A few years ago Keihan Chikan suggested maka (sold at Matsumoto kiyoshi) and there are also prepapation with zinc like the one from Kobayashi (don't eat their red pill!)

If it's volume you want, I have always seen that simply taking some zinc supplements are good for that.

Indeed, that is why the pills I sell are scientifically proven to give you long lasting erections and bigger orgasms. No description needed either!

Taste and look like salt tablets you say? Surely not, these are way more expensive!

I take viagra just so I don't have to worry about any accidental deflations mid act (my bad sleep schedule affects me a lot). Also just feels really nice.

You can pop into pretty much any "men's health clinic" (there's tons around pretty much any of the major areas). They technically have a doctor (or at least I think they're doctors), but all they really do is make sure you don't have any conditions that would prevent you from taking it. No asking why you want em. If you're healthy and don't have any problems with your body, you're in and out in like 5 minutes with a bunch of pills.

Yup that's my experience too. I don't think price in Japan is that bad either. I think it's around 400-500 yen per pill if you are getting generic.
