No worries! For a first timer's visit to Tokyo, this has been an amazing trip! Still haven't taken the plunge at any of the adult establishments yet. Would you be able to recommend a good starting point for a complete newbie? Arigato!

Depends on your taste of what you want to experience.
You'll have to decide which level of service you want... the quick and fast incall type. (ala Asian Feeling, massage with fun ending) or outcall with a true escort service or independent lady.
I don't think I'd really recommend a pink salon for the first try... that's only because the results are very mixed. Some days are good and some days are just terrible.
(They are usually the cheapest, but still can be unreliable)
It just boils down to your taste and how much you want to spend.
Again, I want to thank you for your time and being a great help! I suppose price is no object, and the desire is for a memorable experience with the best (most beautiful and charming) young lady I can find. Model quality.

AV stars pop up from time to time at some soaplands and delivery health agencies. I honestly don't keep track of who is available and when, but occasionally we have notes pop up when some AV star will be available. This is also dependent on if the shop takes non-Japanese and if the AV star will see non-Japanese or not.
Last but not least, you would be surprised that some AV stars will limit or reject certain services that are otherwise provided with other girls, which seems really strange...
Example: http://***********.com/shiomi.html - One that's being advertised on a foreigner friendly shop site. But, be sure you know what services you are and are not getting if you choose this route.
