Like the title says, me and my partner are planning on going to a bliss out event (on the 12th, if anyone is going!) We've never gone before, are there more likely to be more people playing during the day or the night? What sort of time is best? Also, it lists the prices for the event next to it, but will we have to pay membership on top of that if we haven't visited before? Thank you?
