Possibly, but a few of my most "sex positive" male friends have zero interest in porn either.
I'm definitely on the other side of the fence (watching a beautiful woman with little to no clothes on? Where do I sign up??) but I don't think lack of interest in porn is as uncommon as it may seem!

Yeah, you are right. I know others who find porn quite dull, but still overall it is staggeringly popular. If you judged by internet traffic, it is not that great an exaggeration to say that people are more interested in porn than all other non-utilitarian material combined!

I watched porn a long time ago only because I had no chance to have sex for real (when I was in France).

But when you can get the real stuff with young girls I don't see the point of watching porn.

Totally! I guess for me it sort of surprised me that so many guys I know just couldn't get into it (and I'm talking about friends that I'm really close to so its not an issue where they'd be shy/embarrassed about talking about it).
Its kind of cool to see the whole spectrum of what people are interested in.

Since I've gotten into P4P my AV viewing has gone down sharply but TBH its more of a biological issue than a matter of taste.
I enjoy AV every bit as much as I did before - for me AV is just another way of appreciating the beauty of the female body and sexuality.
But if I've gone a couple rounds with AV the night before a session with a provider I've found its pretty tough to finish during the allotted time so I usually try to hold off for a few days if I know I've got something scheduled.
That said AV is pretty great for edging which, at least for me, can be great prep for P4P...
