I recently graduated university, and have started working. Work is fun, but i feel the stress get to me. So what to TAG people do to relieve stress?
Dude... look at the theme of the forum, haha.
Is there anything that relieves more stress than spending some time with a cute companion?
I've also been into Korean ASMR on Youtube for a while. I like it because I can't speak a word of Korean so its just pleasant sounds (when I listen to English or Japanese ASMR I tend to start listening to what they're saying which sort of takes me out of the "zone"). This uploader is my favorite:
If I've got the energy (which lately I usually don't) I also hit the gym and lift a bit. I'm far from a gym rat but, at least for me, it definitely clears my head and refreshes me a bit.
Yes, onsen , definitely. Even the ones in Tokyo are ok (LaQua, Thermae in Shinjuku, not so much Onsen Monogatari in Daiba which I find too touristy)Working out is also helping me a lot to release stress. Onsen or just a book/cup of tea is great as well.
Hahahaha pretty much a modern retelling of the kidney thief story.@BIPSY @faboo2001 The only reason why I know what ASMR is because a few hours before reading this thread, i was reading NoSleep (a place where writers post scary stories) and my favorite author had posted this story.
