What does AF option really mean?

Hi guys, new to the P4P scene so please forgive the noob question.

On hotel health sites I want to know if the AF option really means the girl will arrive ready to take one in the corn hole, or if it's just a polite way for Japan to skirt the rules and hint that FS ( regular style!!) is guaranteed.

I'd hate to choose the AF option and then try to enter where I'm not welcome!! Haha

Never come across AF before. But this site will help with other abbreviations. Quite an encyclopaedia these days!
