There seems to be many different kinds of services available in Japan with different constraints. In some cases, one is not even allowed to touch the girl, it seems. So, he is right, with delivery health you expect you can satisfy that kind of expectations (i am geltile man, and i always like to return favours to my couples, for me is somekind of politeness rule...). Just make sure you ask for "kunni" and not "kuni". They might be a little confused if you ask for a girl who likes 'country'.

Actually, providers that allow cunnilingus refer to it as good old '69' It is standard for all hotel health and deli health, and '69' can be found under the list of services.

Note that you don't call it 'sixty nine' in japan- call it 'Six Nine' (shikkusu-nain ni shimasho), and she will get you.
