I scoured this site, and others, and found Milkybaby as one, though they seem to specialize in lactation.
I would think, with Japan being the fetish capital of the galaxy, no problem.
In third-world countries, I don't have problems with this, as girls tend to start families in their teens and the fathers abandon them. But I suspect it may be more difficult in Japan.
I posted to Tokyo craigslist, but the ad was flagged/removed.
Is it against the culture to be with a pregnant woman whose baby isn't yours?
I specified looking for single lady in the ad...
