Realistically, you can only PR in a year if you are highly educated, skilled, and have passed JLPT N1. Just shoot your own stuff and post it to pornhub or something, there is no other way.

Not trying to make light of it, as half my family is in public education, I grew up in and around special education classrooms (we couldn't afford babysitting) and he exhibits a number of telltale signs, least of which being detachment from reality (although that could just be drugs).
