Where I can find a JAV agency?

I just don't believe your whole successful entrepreneur story. You just sound like a 15 year old who is dreaming up some BS completely disconnected from reality.

This thread is entertaining in all it's stupidity...but man, get a different hobby.

AHHHHHH from Spain... okay things are starting to make more sense....this question has been answered a bajillion times on here so much to the point that if you search it on google this website and various threads come up... i suggest you go through them for pertinent information...like http://hot-et.com/ I just found by searching google... or https://xxx.xcity.jp/main/ to at least get AV star names and Company names... youre not searching hard enough.. though it could be that your internet is skewed... being in Spain and only being 22 ....you need to look harder for information... follow japanese stars on Twitter and try to contact them..(in Japanese-google translate) follow who they follow to find producers... WORKKKKKK!!!!
 
All suggestions are completely different depending on if you are living & working in Japan already. You’ve never stated whether you are already a resident or not. This is also why most members are not taking you serious. Having the so-called points for PR don’t matter at all until after you are living in Japan not before.

Those are not agency's are just production companies, I can't contact with actresses throught those sites, maybe if I ask the production company, but I still prefer just be an actor and don't work on the business side, somebody think it's possible find work in the JAV industry? I have sent a bunch of emails even a company that it's hiring actors
 
Just come to Japan for a week and use P4P.
It seems that you don't care about money so it will be a much better experience than trying to work in AV industry.
PS: I am sure there is a niche market for you in Japanese AV but only in gay channel..
 
Also if some miracle that you do qualify for the point that means:
- You need a job in Japan under those categories which have to issue you a visa that’s 4 to 5 months average & lots of us have done this
- You need to apply AFTER one year of being here
- The PR application now takes a minimum of around 9 months

There’s also no mention of what you will be doing until you qualify for PR. There are plenty of Visa lawyers who will tell you the reality of you earning PR in one year. Most will tell you the truth because they don’t want to waste their time applying for someone that’s going to get rejected 9 months later.

Bruh.. guy is most likely not even JLPT N6 lol and that alone will take 2 years maybe 1 if he studies like an athlete. Don't see any director going thru the frustration of directing a foreigner who doesn't speak Japanese

No, the people who buy AV in Japan don't want to see any male actors. They are buying because they want to see the girls. The guy is just a compulsory prop in the scene. That's why the directors go with the tested and reliable guys.

Well, there is a genre that uses mechanical machines but I think that is pretty niche. Also if a robot could take that part then girl-on-girl movies would be even more popular than they are now.

Guys are primitive creatures and they need an object to identify in the movies. So the best for the role is a guy who is even uglier than the audience but who still gets to put his weener in to a beautiful girl.

And that's exactly my point. I wouldn't watch that even if they paid me regardless how gorgeous the girl is. And I bet I am in the majority with that opinion.

The person I know received their PR the fastest was a scientist that worked with the Japanese government who was able to apply after working for 3 years & waiting 9 months to receive it afterwards.

The fastest I have heard is six months. So just be Donald Keene and it can be done.

I came to Japan before HSV and points was a thing, but managed to obtain PR at about the 5 year mark, application time was ~6 months if I recall correctly. Everything handled through the company, I didn't ever go to immigration for it... so that's why it probably went through.
