But mostly I found is few common inactive accounts.

Have you tried a site called Tokyo Adult Guide or something like that? I heard they even have a search function on the top right of your browser. I know, sounds crazy.

If you're strictly looking for escorts, there's not much of a choice in that department right now.

In this case, there would be zero result since there are no options to be had right now. Even the usual NH non-Japanese types that usually are working, aren't. (as far as I can tell)

There are dozens of them standing in Yokohama near Thai town starting from 8 PM. Mostly Thai, but there are from South America as well. There is one from Philippines, and sometimes Korean. Pretty sure there were white NHs as well, but they've been missing for a couple of weeks.
