Unfortunately for you, you're currently residing in--in my opinion, of course--the prefecture home to the ugliest girls I've ever seen in Japan. I don't know what the P4P situation there is, but even if a few options existed I'd rather stay home and masturbate than spend money on what I've seen in your neck of the woods.
But since you're stuck there, my honest advice would be to see what's over in the Misawa area. We've got a major U.S. Air Force base there, and no matter where in the world you go, where there be servicemen there shall be P4P options. This is, of course, assuming you're not actually stationed in Misawa (which seems likely since that's one of the only reasons a foreigner with no Japanese language skills would be in Aomori), in which case you should rely on the advice of your fellow enlisted men to guide you to something interesting.
I know someone mentioned going up to Sapporo to get your fix but it seriously is NOT worth the travel, unless you really like miso ramen, lamb and homely, lanky women. The commute there will be in the 4 hour ballpark, and that's to an only marginally-gaijin-friendly area with only basic P4P options at best; you're far better off just hopping on the Shinkansen and doing the 3.5 hour trip south to Tokyo. And yes, EVERYTHING is better in Tokyo, especially if you can't speak Japanese.
