Not sure what you are asking - if you are asking where you can find AV girls that also work as providers, you can look at fuzokuav.com, and there's a few delivery health sites like tora-ana.jp that explicitly say whether a girl is 'foreigner-friendly', although very few of their providers are AV girls. True enough. But my Eikaiwa pays slightly higher than most and I'm on one of the higher payrates at the company. Not 25,000 yen to burn pay rate but enough for some fun sometimes.
