We're going to have to make a 'Welcome!' private message to new members to help them understand how things work. May save time... or maybe not... depends on if people read or not.

Overall, it's like this:

1) Create a new account. (don't create more than one, nobody needs more than one......)
2) Use a validated email account (don't bother with junk/temp addresses, they'll be caught and removed)
3) Post an introduction or reply to some threads on the site.
4) Access is updated to see more of the good stuff.
5) Keep participating and more becomes available.
