Why is mention of this removed from messages, even private messages between users?

I'm pretty new here so just wondering. It was removed from my post, but a reference was also removed from a private message i had with someone. Other agencies seem ok, why?

I don't know all the details but certain agencies got banned from the forum because of problematic business practices. So discussions about them get removed to not give them a platform.

There are automatic censors in place for certain agencies that are banned from discussion on this site. (And as noted, this is in response to their abusive business practices against clients & women employed at these certain agencies)
