Kyoto Group normally don't cater to foreigners but with some politely asked questions a positive answer was produced.
I enter the store and the old tout behind the counter looks confused, he looks around at his colleagues in search of help to avoid the threat, me!
He does the Iron Cross and bows excusedly while I fish up my smartphone and calmly shows him the chat reply I got from one of his colleagues. He looks really confused by the somewhat positive response my message created and hands me a number plate to sit down while he investigates. A tiny waiting room covered with posters for the stores 20th Anniversary.
White t-shirts with prints saying I ❤️ Crystal Kyoto!, who is sporting tees for a soap land?
You can pay 4,000 yen and the girl will greet you in you in a tee and hopefully some of her smell is stuck on it, the perfect souvenir.

This review was most and foremost written for the shop rather than the girl, Yua was doing her job the right way and she was attentive but she isn't for me. The roster for the store however is impressive and I have at the point of writing this review gotten answers whether or not certain girls cater to Japanese speaking whiteys or not. However, visiting requires that you know Japanese and do expect to be turned down at the door. The sign saying we are not welcome do speak volumes.
My quest to dirty my feet where we arent normally welcome continues. Will settle for the less pricey establishments though.
The positive about the non foreigner friendly shops is that they dont have special pricing for us.
